The movement meditation cycle; sitting, walking, moving

I like this definition of turning:
To move in a circular direction wholly or partly round an axis, a centre point.
What if the axis is Spirit? And we invite ourselves into alignment and connection with our own understanding of that word?

We will be exploring Connection, through six different BISO movement portals. With specially crafted soundscapes and invitation, your own innate creativity and curiosity, we will open up to the connections and webs we can weave, outside and in. Myriad explorations possible!

A weekly online drop in class, open to all, every Monday from 7-8.15 p.m BST

Each week, I will provide a soundscape of all kinds of music and a simple movement exploration from the BISO conscious movement map. Beginners and old timers alike are welcome.

We'll keep it simple, gather, settle our attention, enter, explore and settle again - through breath, movement and cyber soul community:)

These drop in classes will take place at the warm and lovely Churchtown South Community Centre with the sea in sight across the fields...

They will be an invitation to find spaciousness, ground and awareness through movement, music and different forms of meditation.

Enjoyment and discovery is key to our work! All are welcome
