Love from me out across Cyber Space

Who are we? Why are we here? How do we love? How does creative energy move through us? What are we connected to?
Questions to move with, to be with, to sit with - in community, in nature, on a dance floor, in ceremony.

I ask these questions and follow where they lead through embodied movement meditation practices.

The bodies of work and maps I use for these explorations are Open Floor movement practice, 5 Rhythms®, theatre, writing, shamanic teachings and meditations.

I have been working and travelling all over Europe, in all kinds of environments with all kinds of people - from medical students to teenagers in rehab, to the mental health sector to actors in rehearsal, to whoever walks into a class or workshop - I'm intrigued by what turns up for us when we move consciously and connect to ourselves, our surroundings and our relationship to who and where we are, whoever we are...

I run classes, workshops, ongoing closed groups, vision quests and one to one sessions as well as collaborating with a wide range of fellow teachers and colleagues from a variety of different practices.
