Folks, I am so sorry but I have to cancel tonight’s class ( Monday 9th Feb) – I am in the Abbey at Orval in Belgium after a wonderful weekend of teaching and being with a great group of people. I was about to do a ‘quiet’ kind of class in my little room at the Monastery but the internet keeps crashing when I’m zooming and playing music – sincere apologies and I’ll be back again next week ❤
