What if the axis is Spirit? And we invite ourselves into alignment and connection with our own understanding of that word?

Each week we will dive into an embodied exploration of different movement dynamics - doorways to an exploration of what may be alive in our systems –with good music, good company, deep enquiry, ritual and creativity.
