Weekly Conscious Movement Class East Cork, every Tuesday morning with Cathy and Robin

In person, from 10-11.30am in beautiful East Cork,these drop in classes will take place at the warm and lovely Churchtown South Community Centre with the sea in sight across the fields…
These gatherings will be an invitation to find spaciousness, ground and awareness through movement and different forms of meditation. Each week will invite an exploration of how and who we are, through carefully crafted soundscapes and the movemnt maps of BISO – body in soul – and Azul.
Within these maps we will work with grounding, centering, releasing, wakening the senses and deepening our connection to ourselves and our surroundings.
Enjoyment and discovery is key to our work!
All are welcome, from beginners to old timers.
