A BISO BODY IN SOUL EXPLORATION

An online, six week closed group every Tuesday from 5-7pm BST, Oct 28 – Dec 2

You are so welcome to join another round of this six week, closed online group. Through the movement map of BISO – body-in soul – creativity, meditation, music and movement, magic can happen, hearts can open, perspectives can be shifted, life-long friendships and connections can open up. Our theme this time around will be hope.

This time we will be exploring Ground, the ground of our bodies, our communities, our imagination, the ground of our hope…what is it? How does it move, what are it’s tastes and flavours, possibilities?

The joy, community, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this, is powerful, and can make a difference, slowly but surely… the more grounded and centred we are, the more spacious and willing to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves, the more that energy spreads. To come into movement with curiosity, kindness and courage is a small and simple act of revolution.

The BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional, mental, imaginal and energetic –
are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.

Whilst we’re here, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular, unique and evolving form – our selves. Each six week group explores and follows a particular thread using the resources of the BISO map to explore and support our travels.

Each six week cycle is open to new people, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning.
