Soul Song and Relationship, this series of three connected BISO workshops is a closed ongoing group.

We humans are relational creatures.

Our relationships – all of them, sexual and otherwise – grow us, challenge us, can show us our core woundings as well as some of our deepest joys and pleasures. They can teach us about where our longings are guiding us to.
They teach us about the vast force of love and it’s many aspects.

This ongoing group will explore the innate support and resources we have to enter relationship again and again. Within our own individual circle, from this planet we live on, our community and the essential, creative and boundless nature of the Soul.
Over our time together on this closed, residential group we will anchor deep into a dance with our own tendencies and perspectives through the lens of simple teachings on the Medicine Wheel and a dive into the poetry of several movement portals or doorways.
We will explore ways and styles of communication, open up an understanding of how, why and when we may get triggered/reactive – and, most importantly, how we get back to a sense of balance and presence.

On our first module at the end of November as we enter the darkest time of the year, the first relationship we will explore is to ourselves. We will gather, slow down and dare to pause. Give ourselves over to some deep rest and ritual, moving with the art of Acceptance and surrender.
February will see us dancing and moving into the fire and oncoming light of the next year, moving with our patterns/styles of communication and perspectives, inviting fluidity.
April will bring an opening exploration of our individual experience of Soul’s power and presence, through our longings and a celebration of them, an invitation to joy, pleasure, sensuality and creativity.
