A BISO – Body in Soul – workshop.
This workshop is an invitation to the dance and meditation of Repetition.
Through the rhythm of our heartbeats, the ebb and flow of our feeling bodies.
Through the cyclical dance of space and time that creates this moment – now – again and again, over and over. This moment now, is a portal for the vast web of Soul that finds its expression through every living creature’s unique imprint.
In the dance we will invite ourselves through, again and again, all of it. We will create a space for a release and expression of our feeling, creative and energetic bodies.
Together, in community, a wild prayer for these times.
BISO is a conscious movement map, full of movement portals, focus, breath, rhythm and space. A touch of ritual. A touch of bodyspirit. A lot of creative expression.
