The body moves in the vastness of the soul, the breadth of spirit.
And the heart….
It certainly moves in mysterious ways, it has it’s own pulse, it’s own breath patterns, it’s own creativity, it’s own rhythm.
It rises and it falls.
Every cell in our body has a heart centre, a fierce intelligence and an essential life force.
In the dance, through the BISO movement portal of Rising and Falling, we will open up our curiosity to some of the pathways our feeling body can travel.
Allowing our creative movement to guide us into what needs telling, what needs listening…
Deep and rich soundscapes, a good movement map and most of all, good company, will all help to create a field of heart and healing.
