Rest Pause Listen in West Cork Nov 14-16 with Robin Spiegel and Cathy Ryan

We will be in a beautiful, secluded setting on a 23 acre natural habitat in the heart of West Cork near the coastal village of Ballydehob. We will explore and listen deeply within ourselves and with the natural world. Through movement, meditation and making, opening a channel – reminding us of the rest and stillness available to us for the oncoming Winter dreaming.

Our time together will include; sacred circle, BISO and Azul conscious movement, meditation, quiet reflective time including time to journal and explore the land. We will also be creating an essential oil blend for Winter.
