A day of BISO – Body in Soul – conscious movement at the Wicklow Dance Co-op

Rising and Falling is a movement portal we work with in the BISO – Body in Soul  – conscious movement practice.

It’s simple, fundamental, magical and a constant dance in every part of our systems.

Breathing, we rise and fall.

Creating, we rise and fall.

Loving, we rise and fall.

I’m fascinated by opening up our senses, perceptions and ideas, through the moving body, through the dance of what it means to fall and rise. What echoes rumble through our soul when we consciously play with ways to move this portal?

With specially crafted soundscapes and some simple movement explorations and invitations, community and space, we’ll see what happens!
