Inside Outside, Mod 3 Vision Quest (residential in Dorset)

Inside Outside will be an ongoing group holding us in community, movement, expression and quiet as we stay with ourselves in different landscapes and aspects. Each module will hold an invitation, a theme to move from and explore the within and without of our-selves in these times we are living through.

As always, movement and music will be our staple resource, our go to map through this territory. I will be working with the Open Floor map, meditation, enquiry and ritual. In July, each person will be held in an overnight vision quest in the grounds of Gaunt’s House
