A weekend of conscious dance with Cathy Ryan, Jo Hardy, Saryo van Lakerveld, Willermijn de Dreu

In Balance is a condition in which opposing forces are equal to one another in order to determine the center.
The four of us are excited to invite you to join us in a community space of ritual, dance and inquiry. We live in a world with so many contradictions – dizziness and ground, wonder and despair, hope and futility. The dance of living, the movement of life.
More than ever, it seems we need to align with our own sense of centre in order to navigate the rapid change that is happening all around us.
Together we will explore our sense of balance in our bodies, minds, hearts and spirit. Opening up to a deepening sense of centre and fluidity we will ask the question ‘how can we take this sense of balance out into the challenges of world in which we live’?
As long time friends, dancers and facilitators we have years of experience in holding conscious dance practice with a wealth of knowledge, study and training between us. Together, with you, we will weave a magical mandala of movement and exploration.
We’re excited to use the maps of the 5 Rhythms, Open Floor, Movement Medicine, Gestalt Awareness Practice, Systemic Constellation Work and Theatre to stir the pot!
During our time together we will create a ceremonial space to celebrate, dance and send prayer, healing and gratitude out to our world, planet and communities.
