DESCRIPTION:Another deep and delicious round of community\, movement\, music and deep enquiry begins.. \n\n\n\nThe next six week Gathering approaches – loving them as much as ever:)  \n\n\n\nSome people have been alongside for almost every group over the past three and a half years\, some drop by every now and again and often there is someone new to the group and these cycles. It creates such a rich and deep field of attention to one another… \n\n\n\nThrough the conscious movement map of BISO – Body In Soul  – we focus on a different Movement Portal each time.  This cycle will see us taking our curiosity\, creativity and exploration into the question and expression of presence. \n\n\n\nWhat is it? What’s going on when we feel it? \n\n\n\nOur sessions will travel through the Movement Portal of Centring\, alongside the movement inherent in the horizontal and vertical Midline.  \n\n\n\nThere will be some simple teachings and explorations on the Medicine Wheel and simple enquiry.  Each week will open a doorway into aspects of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit.  \n\n\n\nSix closed sessions\, €200 for the cycle and the dates are: \n\n\n\nMay 14\, 21\, 28 \n\n\n\nJun 4\, 11\, 25  – no class on the 18 \n\n\n\nAll sessions will take place every Tuesday from 5-7pm\, GMT \n\n\n\nYou can contact me at maracathy@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to come onboard \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n

DESCRIPTION:Relation Ship\, an Open Floor Tryptytch\, residential the beautiful Bois Le Comte in Orval\, southern Belgium.This series of three connected workshops will expand and deepen the exploration of the content of Libido Fundamentals in a wider context and ongoing study of relationship. We will take a different focus in each module on our innate capacity forrelationship with each other\, in its mystery\, difficulty and magic. \n\n\n\nWe will journey into our capacity to embody and feel a sense of intimacy\, our capacity to inhabit the innocence and power ofour Libidic energy – looking at our life force\, gender\, sex and sexual energy – and our capacity for moments of true presenceand being. \n\n\n\nThe first weekend will focus on Intimacy – what is it? What is the emotional intelligence available to us here? What are the wayswe can embody an alive\, vulnerable\, open and powerful sense of ourselves in relation to others? We will open up the window ofhow our gender and our biological identity contribute to our sense of ourselves in relationship – with self and others… \n\n\n\nThe second weekend will focus on Libido Fundamentals II\, an expansion and deepening of some of the ground covered inLibido Fundamentals: The movement of our sexual response cycle and creative life force. How do we ground and embody thisprimal energy that is every person’s birth right? How do we embody our extraordinary minds full of stories\, longing\, dreams andmemories around our Libido? \n\n\n\nThe third weekend will see us entering further the exploration of being present in relationship – to ourselves\, each other and thewider field of our communities and our sense of Spirit. \n\n\n\nAs we set sail together we will use the map of the Open Floor Movement Practice\, opening up the 4 dimensions of embodimenton our journey – Physical\, Emotional\, Mind and Soul. An exploration of the 4 relational Hungers of Solitude\, Connection\,Belonging and Spirit will thread their way through each weekend and we will work with the Window of Presence throughout\,mapping and gauging when it can become difficult to stay present with ourselves. \n\n\n\nThis work offers deep exploration of parts of who we are as humans\, opening up possibilities for change\, acceptance andmoments of deep joy and gratitude for being alive.
