DESCRIPTION:A BISO – Body In Soul – Afternoon \n\n\n\n\n\nThroughout this afternoon we will dance together\, journey together\, explore an invitation\, a theme – make a mark!  \n\n\n\nDiving into the wisdom of our bones and bodies\, our minds and creativity\, through dance and shamanic journeying we will have an opportunity to listen to what may be alive in our systems. \n\n\n\nWe will dance and travel into a movement portal or doorway\,opening from there into free form movement exploration. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, you just need a willingness to move\, be curious and enjoy dancing and travelling in good company with carefully built soundscapes for your explorations \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth. Our BISO tool bag includes six movement portals\, the FABRR’s method – an opening to embodied attention\, breath\, rhythm\, movement and space\, the Medicine Wheel\, BodySpirit and simple ritual. Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive – the opportunity of discovery.
