DESCRIPTION:A BISO – Body In Soul – Winter afternoon \n\n\n\n\n\nThroughout this afternoon we will dance together\, journey together\, rest together in the darkest days of the year\, catch a Still Point… \n\n\n\nDiving into the wisdom of our bones through dance and shamanic journeying we will have an opportunity to listen to the stories our bones may have for us\, their wisdom. \n\n\n\nWe will dance and travel down and along our own vertical and horizontal axii\, from crown of head to soles of feet and from fingertip to fingertip along the reach of our arm span. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, you just need a willingness to move\, be curious and enjoy dancing and travelling in good company with carefully built soundscapes for your explorations \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth. Our BISO tool bag includes six movement portals\, the FABRR’s method – an opening to embodied attention\, breath\, rhythm\, movement and space\, the Medicine Wheel\, BodySpirit and simple ritual. Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive – the opportunity of discovery. DESCRIPTION:Centre in the Midlines \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnother deep and delicious round of community\, movement\, music and deep enquiry. \n\n\n\nGround and groundlessness. \n\n\n\nStaying with ourselves\, staying with the unknown. \n\n\n\nHow is it to be anchored in the unknown? Moving in the vastness of soul\, rooted in the body\, the wonderfully rich and deep Gathering is continuing into its fourth year. \n\n\n\nEach six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of invitations\, centering on the BISO movement portal of the Midline on the Vertical and Horizontal. With deep enquiry\, ritual and art in motion\, each week will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit. \n\n\n\nWe will follow what emerges from week to week with prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways.
