Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive…the opportunity of discovery… \n\n\n\nThe body is a wisdom landscape\, full of moving turns\, directions and energies. Some of them we know\, some of them we think we know\, some of them we have no idea they’re there\, let alone where they’ll take us.
