Each week we will dive into an embodied exploration of different movement dynamics – doorways to an exploration of what may be alive in our systems –with good music\, good company\, deep enquiry\, ritual and creativity. \n\n\n\nThe body moves; soul is revealed \n\n\n\nHeart flows through the body \n\n\n\nImagination and creativity is awakened \n\n\n\nThrough focus\, breath\, movement\, rhythm and space we can connect with ourselves\, with others – and see what happens next – what arises\, what’s alive and what can have an acceptance of who and where we are at any given moment. \n\n\n\nEvery body is welcome.  \n\n\n\nYou can contact me at cathy@humans-being.co.uk with any questions or wonders…
