DESCRIPTION:The wheel turns. \n\n\n\nSaoirse is the Irish word for Freedom. \n\n\n\nOur exploration together will be to look at and be curious about accepting what comes our way. Accepting that we are in a wide open crack in these times. \n\n\n\nI’m curious about the clues to freedom there might be here\, in the crack. \n\n\n\nAnd follow from there with a tool bag of movement resources. \n\n\n\nEach weekend we will spend one session outdoors – whatever the weather – in the same beautiful spot by the sea in East Cork. We will be based in the delicious grounds of Ballymaloe House where we will\, move\, rest\, play with words\, meditation and good companySimple and spacious are the key words for this ongoing group – my favourite way of working.
