DESCRIPTION:A BISO BODY IN SOUL EXPLORATION \n\n\n\nAn online\, six week closed group every Wednesday from 5-7pm BST except for Sep 3 from 6-8pm BST. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nYou are so welcome to join another round of this six week\, closed online group. Through the movement map of BISO – body-in soul – creativity\, meditation\, music and movement\, magic can happen\, hearts can open\, perspectives can be shifted\, life-long friendships and connections can open up. Our theme this time around will be hope. \n\n\n\nThis time we will be exploring Ground\, the ground of our bodies\, our communities\, our imagination\, the ground of our hope…what is it? How does it move\, what are it’s tastes and flavours\, possibilities? \n\n\n\nThe joy\, community\, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and\, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this\, is powerful\, and can make a difference\, slowly but surely… the more grounded and centred we are\, the more spacious and willing to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves\, the more that energy spreads. To come into movement with curiosity\, kindness and courage is a small and simple act of revolution. \n\n\n\nThe BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional\, mental\, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.  \n\n\n\nWhilst we’re here\, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular\, unique and evolving form – our selves. DESCRIPTION:A BISO – body in soul – workshop with Cathy Ryan \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe body moves in the vastness of the soul\, the breadth of spirit. \n\n\n\nThe heart certainly moves in mysterious ways\, it has it’s own pulse\, it’s own breath patterns\, it’s own creativity\, it’s own rhythm. \n\n\n\nIt rises and it falls. \n\n\n\nEvery cell in our body has a heart centre\, a fierce intelligence and an essential life force. \n\n\n\nIn the dance\, through the BISO movement portal of Rising and Falling\, we will open up our curiosity to some of the pathways our feeling body can travel. \n\n\n\nAllowing our creative movement to guide us into what needs telling\, what needs listening… \n\n\n\nDeep and rich soundscapes\, a good movement map and most of all\, good company\, will all help to create a field of heart and healing.  \n\n\n\nI’m looking forward… \n\n\n\nBISO is a conscious movement map\, full of movement portals\, focus\, breath\, rhythm and space. \n\n\n\nA touch of ritual. Our theme this time around will be hope. \n\n\n\nThis time we will be exploring Ground\, the ground of our bodies\, our communities\, our imagination\, the ground of our hope…what is it? How does it move\, what are it’s tastes and flavours\, possibilities? \n\n\n\nThe joy\, community\, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and\, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this\, is powerful\, and can make a difference\, slowly but surely… the more grounded and centred we are\, the more spacious and willing to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves\, the more that energy spreads. To come into movement with curiosity\, kindness and courage is a small and simple act of revolution. \n\n\n\nThe BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional\, mental\, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.  \n\n\n\nWhilst we’re here\, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular\, unique and evolving form – our selves. DESCRIPTION:A BISO BODY IN SOUL EXPLORATION \n\n\n\nAn online\, six week closed group every Tuesday from 5-7pm BST\, Oct 28 – Dec 2 \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nYou are so welcome to join another round of this six week\, closed online group. Through the movement map of BISO – body-in soul – creativity\, meditation\, music and movement\, magic can happen\, hearts can open\, perspectives can be shifted\, life-long friendships and connections can open up. Our theme this time around will be hope. \n\n\n\nThis time we will be exploring Ground\, the ground of our bodies\, our communities\, our imagination\, the ground of our hope…what is it? How does it move\, what are it’s tastes and flavours\, possibilities? \n\n\n\nThe joy\, community\, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and\, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this\, is powerful\, and can make a difference\, slowly but surely… the more grounded and centred we are\, the more spacious and willing to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves\, the more that energy spreads. To come into movement with curiosity\, kindness and courage is a small and simple act of revolution. \n\n\n\nThe BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional\, mental\, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.  \n\n\n\nWhilst we’re here\, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular\, unique and evolving form – our selves. Each six week group explores and follows a particular thread using the resources of the BISO map to explore and support our travels. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEach six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nYou can contact me at maracathy@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to come onboard

SUMMARY:Rest Pause Listen in West Cork  Nov 14-16 with Robin Spiegel and Cathy Ryan
DESCRIPTION:We will be in a beautiful\, secluded setting on a 23 acre natural habitat in the heart of West Cork near the coastal village of Ballydehob. We will explore and listen deeply within ourselves and with the natural world. Through movement\, meditation and making\, opening a channel – reminding us of the rest and stillness available to us for the oncoming Winter dreaming. \n\n\n\nOur time together will include; sacred circle\, BISO and Azul conscious movement\, meditation\, quiet reflective time including time to journal and explore the land.
