Each six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. We dance\, share\, witness and travel along a particular theme each cycle – This time it will be the Space Between – each week we will set off on a moving exploration of this magical space in between polarities using music\, dance\, enquiry and our community… \n\n\n\nLet’s gather. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of explorations from different maps – BISO\, Open Floor\, 5 Rhythms\, deep enquiry\, ritual \, art in motion. Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive…the opportunity of discovery… \n\n\n\nThe body is a wisdom landscape\, full of moving turns\, directions and energies. Some of them we know\, some of them we think we know\, some of them we have no idea they’re there\, let alone where they’ll take us.
