Through the movement map of BISO – body-in soul – creativity\, meditation\, music and movement\, magic can happen\, hearts can open\, perspectives can be shifted\, life-long friendships and connections can open up. Our theme will be Connection. \n\n\n\nWe will be exploring Connection\, through six different BISO movement portals. With specially crafted soundscapes and invitation\, your own innate creativity and curiosity\, we will open up to the connections and webs we can weave\, outside and in. Myriad explorations possible! \n\n\n\nConnection to self\, each other\, the visible and invisible worlds. You are so welcome. \n\n\n\nThe joy\, community\, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and\, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this\, is powerful\, and can make a difference\, slowly but surely… the more connected and centered we are in ourselves the more spacious and willing we can be to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves. And the more that energy spreads. Through the movement map of BISO – body-in soul – creativity\, meditation\, music and movement\, magic can happen\, hearts can open\, perspectives can be shifted\, life-long friendships and connections can open up. Our theme will be Connection. \n\n\n\nWe will be exploring Connection\, through six different BISO movement portals. With specially crafted soundscapes and invitation\, your own innate creativity and curiosity\, we will open up to the connections and webs we can weave\, outside and in. Myriad explorations possible! \n\n\n\nConnection to self\, each other\, the visible and invisible worlds. You are so welcome. \n\n\n\nThe joy\, community\, listening and seeing we can find through these short deep dives can support us so much in shaky times and\, even better; the ripples that can spread out from the privilege we have to get to do this\, is powerful\, and can make a difference\, slowly but surely… the more connected and centered we are in ourselves the more spacious and willing we can be to develop the power and peace of patience in ourselves. And the more that energy spreads. To come into movement with curiosity\, kindness and courage is a small and simple act of revolution. \n\n\n\nThe BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional\, mental\, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.  \n\n\n\nWhilst we’re here\, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular\, unique and evolving form – our selves. Catch electricity in the making\, as our bones invite us to drop down and lean back. \n\n\n\nDiving into the wisdom of our bones through dance and journeying we will have an opportunity to listen to the stories our bones may have for us\, their wisdom\, their holding of us down through the ages. \n\n\n\nAmongst other invitations and explorations\, we will dance and travel down and along our own vertical and horizontal midlines\, from crown of head to soles of feet and from fingertip to fingertip along the reach of our arm span. Listening to the shapes and stories of our moving bodies\, our amazing skeletons. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, you just need a willingness to move\, be curious and enjoy dancing and travelling in good company with carefully built soundscapes for your explorations.I’m looking forward to travelling into the winter with you! \n\n\n\nBISO is a conscious movement map\, full of movement portals\, curiosity\, rhythm space.
