Each six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. We dance\, share\, witness and travel along a particular theme each cycle – This time it will be the Space Between – each week we will set off on a moving exploration of this magical space in between polarities using music\, dance\, enquiry and our community… \n\n\n\nLet’s gather. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of explorations from different maps – BISO\, Open Floor\, 5 Rhythms\, deep enquiry\, ritual \, art in motion. DESCRIPTION:Travels into Trance is an exploration into form and formlessness\, shape and shape shifting\, matter and molecules. \n\n\n\nThrough moving and traveling with a number of movement portals\, we will explore how we can expand into a lightness of being\, journeying through the physical patterns and movements that come through our body again and again. Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive…the opportunity of discovery… \n\n\n\nThe body is a wisdom landscape\, full of moving turns\, directions and energies. Some of them we know\, some of them we think we know\, some of them we have no idea they’re there\, let alone where they’ll take us. Each week we will dive into an embodied exploration of different movement dynamics – doorways to an exploration of what may be alive in our systems –with good music\, good company\, deep enquiry\, ritual and creativity. \n\n\n\nThe body moves; soul is revealed \n\n\n\nHeart flows through the body \n\n\n\nImagination and creativity is awakened \n\n\n\nThrough focus\, breath\, movement\, rhythm and space we can connect with ourselves\, with others – and see what happens next – what arises\, what’s alive and what can have an acceptance of who and where we are at any given moment. \n\n\n\nEvery body is welcome.  \n\n\n\nYou can contact me at cathy@humans-being.co.uk with any questions or wonders…

DESCRIPTION:        Come one \n\n\n\n                                       Come all \n\n\n\n                                                                   Let’s gather \n\n\n\nConnections\, reflections\, moving\, listening\, witnessing\, enquiring into what arrives through movement and presence. \n\n\n\nHappy to announce the next six week Gathering cycle! \n\n\n\nBeginning May 2nd online from 5-7pm BST until June 13th – no session on May 30th… \n\n\n\nThe wonderfully rich and deep Gathering is continuing\, well into its third year\, textured with layers of connection\, honesty and depth. Each six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. We dance\, share\, witness and travel along a particular theme each cycle – This time it will be the Space Between – each week we will set off on a moving exploration of this magical space in between polarities using music\, dance\, enquiry and our community… \n\n\n\nLet’s gather. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of explorations from different maps – BISO\, Open Floor\, 5 Rhythms\, deep enquiry\, ritual \, art in motion. Each week will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit – following what emerges from week to week with prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways. DESCRIPTION:The in-between space of neither one thing or another is\, I believe\, a doorway to presence\, a portal to being in the now and sensing what is truly alive or awakening for us. \n\n\n\nIn between rising and falling\, acceptance and denial\, the vertical and the horizontal\, yes and no\, black and white…there is a space\, a moment. This closed group will be a place to explore the myriad of truths that may turn up here. \n\n\n\nWe will be working with the BISO conscious movement practice – focus\, attention\, breath\, rhythm\, space\, creativity\, ritual – and elements of the 5 Rhythms and Open Floor. \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth.
