DESCRIPTION:A BISO BODY IN SOUL EXPLORATION \n\n\n\n\n\nThis time we will travel into the Art of Acceptance\, one of our BISO Movement Portals. \n\n\n\nThe BISO conscious movement map rests on the poetry that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional\, mental\, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul.  \n\n\n\nWhilst we’re here\, alive and breathing we are passing through the Soul matrix in a particular\, unique and evolving form – our selves. \n\n\n\nOver these six weeks together in a closed group\, we will explore staying with our selves\, opening to the intelligence of our responses to what life brings our way. Beginning to explore the subtleties of what acceptance actually is\, how might it move? How does it dance with where we might be in our ground? Our centre? Our midlines\, our innate rising and falling\, our capacity to release? \n\n\n\nMoving in the vastness of soul\, rooted in the body\, the wonderfully rich and deep Gathering is now in it’s fourth year. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of invitations\, centering on the BISO movement map. How do we embody our extraordinary minds full of stories\, longing\, dreams andmemories around our Libido? \n\n\n\nThe third weekend will see us entering further the exploration of being present in relationship – to ourselves\, each other and thewider field of our communities and our sense of Spirit. \n\n\n\nAs we set sail together we will use the map of the Open Floor Movement Practice\, opening up the 4 dimensions of embodimenton our journey – Physical\, Emotional\, Mind and Soul.
