Each six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. We dance\, share\, witness and travel along a particular theme each cycle. \n\n\n\nThis time it will be Poetry in Motion\, each week we will use a piece of poetry or writing to set us off on a moving exploration of being in the unknown\, using music\, dance\, enquiry and our community… \n\n\n\nIn this closed group we explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of explorations from different maps – Open Floor\, 5 Rhythms\, BISO\, deep enquiry\, ritual \, art in motion. Each cycle will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit – following what emerges from week to week with prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways. What clues do our longings give us? Why do our Wild Prayers matter? \n\n\n\nEspecially now as things fall apart. \n\n\n\nWhat if this were the crack we need to evolve\, get back to basics? Pray. What does that word even mean? Let’s find out for each one of us and collectively. \n\n\n\nUsing a set of physical\, emotional and mindful anchors or tools from which to explore our moving selves\, we’ll open the floor to explore the movement of our Wild Prayer.Our exploration will be supported by Open Floor dynamic movement with a variety of music\, enquiries\, reflection and simple awareness meditation practice. And a ritual. \n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome… Friday will be an open\, drop in movement session\, Saturday and Sunday closed.
