DESCRIPTION:Inside Outside will be an ongoing group holding us in community\, movement\, expression and quiet as we stay with ourselves in different landscapes and aspects. Each module will hold an invitation\, a theme to move from and explore the within and without of our-selves in these times we are living through. \n\n\n\nAs always\, movement and music will be our staple resource\, our go to map through this territory. I will be working with the Open Floor map\, meditation\, enquiry and ritual. In July\, each person will be held in an overnight vision quest in the grounds of Gaunt’s House \n\n\n\nMy favourite way of working\, these long term commitments to each other and our-selves…I hope the titles of the weekends speak to you and you follow your curiosity….

These stories and the beliefs they involve usually don’t allow the full potential of the person to be expressed in the world. \n\n\n\nMost human beings live their lives bound to particular perspectives. These are not always aligned with the heart and with deeper spiritual truth\, and they are not reality in the spiritual sense. They are not the infinity of the here and now in its truth and power. \n\n\n\nBeliefs\, often based on fear\, influence how people see and create their own reality\, their own life\, and their own experiences. \n\n\n\nThis workshop presents teachings\, methods and techniques that can help you find a more truthful perspective\, closer to the one that lies behind all the others: one of love\, light and wisdom\, and all of this is based in the heart. It shows a path that can lead you closer to your own true self and to your spiritual awakening\, and so to the divine within and all around you. \n\n\n\nThese teachings come from 35 years of direct study with native people who have passed down their instructions on the heart-based way of thinking and living. DESCRIPTION:An Art In Motion Open Floor Online group with Cathy Ryan \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPresence\, Props and Prompts Poetry \n\n\n\nPaint and Print Words \n\n\n\nWhirls and Wonder Movement\, Music and Making \n\n\n\nOver these six weeks together we will open towards what inspires us\, fires us and wakes us \n\n\n\nThe floor will be open for your own creativity to play\, explore and take a risk with. \n\n\n\nI will be offering music\, words\, works of art and video clips as spring boards for your own creativity.
