Moving in the vastness of soul\, rooted in the body\, the wonderfully rich and deep Gathering is continuing into its fourth year. \n\n\n\nEach six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. \n\n\n\nWe will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of invitations\, centering on the BISO movement portal of the Midline on the Vertical and Horizontal. With deep enquiry\, ritual and art in motion\, each week will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit. \n\n\n\nWe will follow what emerges from week to week with prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways. DESCRIPTION:A BISO – Body In Soul – Afternoon \n\n\n\n\n\nThroughout this afternoon we will dance together\, journey together\, rest and explore together in the turning Imbolg light. \n\n\n\nDiving into the wisdom of our bodies through dance\, movement explorations and shamanic journeying we will have an opportunity to listen deeply to what may be calling our attention as the Spring rolls in. \n\n\n\nWe will follow the Rise and Fall of our awakening energies after the Winter\, dancing and travelling down and along our own vertical and horizontal axii\, from crown of head to soles of feet and from fingertip to fingertip along the reach of our arm span\, opening into free form movement \n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, you just need a willingness to move\, be curious and enjoy dancing and travelling in good company with carefully built soundscapes for your explorations \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth. Our BISO tool bag includes six movement portals\, the FABRR’s method – an opening to embodied attention\, breath\, rhythm\, movement and space\, the Medicine Wheel\, BodySpirit and simple ritual. Embodiment\, dance\, creativity\, music and community is one way of tapping into and reminding ourselves and each other of the gift of being alive – the opportunity of discovery. DESCRIPTION:Another deep and delicious round of community\, movement\, music and deep enquiry begins.. \n\n\n\nThe next six week Gathering approaches – loving them as much as ever:)  \n\n\n\nSome people have been alongside for almost every group over the past three and a half years\, some drop by every now and again and often there is someone new to the group and these cycles. It creates such a rich and deep field of attention to one another… \n\n\n\nThrough the conscious movement map of BISO – Body In Soul  – we focus on a different Movement Portal each time.  This cycle will see us taking our curiosity\, creativity and exploration into the question and expression of presence. \n\n\n\nWhat is it? What’s going on when we feel it? \n\n\n\nOur sessions will travel through the Movement Portal of Centring\, alongside the movement inherent in the horizontal and vertical Midline.  \n\n\n\nThere will be some simple teachings and explorations on the Medicine Wheel and simple enquiry.  Each week will open a doorway into aspects of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit.  \n\n\n\nSix closed sessions\, €200 for the cycle and the dates are: \n\n\n\nMay 14\, 21\, 28 \n\n\n\nJun 4\, 11\, 25  – no class on the 18 \n\n\n\nAll sessions will take place every Tuesday from 5-7pm\, GMT \n\n\n\nYou can contact me at maracathy@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to come onboard \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n
