A lightness full of pleasure\, spaciousness and expansion. \n\n\n\nThrough the BISO map we will invite this lightness of being through dancing with specific movement portals and a basic travel around our own incarnate medicine wheels. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, you just need a willingness to move\, be curious and enjoy dancing in good company with carefully built soundscapes for your explorations \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth. Our BISO tool bag includes six movement portals\, the FABRR’s method – an opening to embodied attention\, breath\, rhythm\, movement and space\, the Medicine Wheel\, BodySpirit and simple ritual. Each six week cycle is open to new people\, those dropping by again and the regular core of humans who have been along from the beginning. We dance\, share\, witness and travel along a particular theme each cycle – This time it will be the Movement Portal of Rising and Falling – each week we will set off on a moving exploration of this dance using music\, ritual\, creativity\, enquiry and our community… \n\n\n\nLet’s gather. \n\n\n\nEvery session will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body\, heart\, mind\, soul\, spirit – following what emerges from week to week with creative prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways. This closed group will be a place to explore the myriad of truths that may turn up here. \n\n\n\nWe will be working with the BISO conscious movement practice – focus\, attention\, breath\, rhythm\, space\, creativity\, ritual – and elements of the 5 Rhythms and Open Floor. \n\n\n\nBISO – Body in Soul : This conscious movement practice is a map to align with an essence of being that is ever present and travels along the lines and ages of being human – passion\, hope\, love\, creativity\, shadow and growth.
