DESCRIPTION:In person\, from 10-11.30am in beautiful East Cork\,these drop in classes will take place at the warm and lovely Churchtown South Community Centre with the sea in sight across the fields… \n\n\n\nThese gatherings will be an invitation to find spaciousness\, ground and awareness through movement and different forms of meditation.
